1. Remove the tire. For a rear flat, shift the bike to the lowest gear to remove the chain
    (it’s the smallest cog).
  2. Remove the tube. Release all air in the tube and use a flat screwdriver to pry one side of
the tire from the rim, a few inches at a time. When one side is completely off the rim, pull
the other side off with your hands.
  3. Feel around the inside of the tire to make sure the thing that was stuck in your tire is not still there.
  4. Pump a little bit of air into your tube so it begins to take shape.
  5. Put the tube firmly into the tire.
  6. Push the valve half way into the valve hole on the rim.
  7. Grab your bike wheel and slip the tire over one side of the rim.
  8. Push the second side of the tire onto the rim with your thumbs. When the tire is nearly all on
the rim, it will become taut and will require a last hard push with your thumbs.
  9. Once you have the tire on, pull and wiggle the valve into the proper position.
  10. Now begin pumping air into the tire. Do it slowly at first and make sure to check that the tire is
inflating evenly. If it is, fill up your tire to full pressure.

Fix'n a flat is easy! To remove the wheel, you'll need a 5/8 boxed end wrench -  similar to this one. Naw! This wrench is waaay too big silly!  C'mon throw a bolt or nut my way.

Remove the wheel, strike a pose... Get the tire off the rim... Put a new tube in...

...and air it up! Flat fixed! I'm changing the brake cables too. You should see those pics! I'm putting on this nice basket as well.

Basket on! This basket is tight! That's because it's a one tit sized basket. Can I offer you a beer or a Tit-in-a-Basket?

Well,  I'm off to the village to fetch some bread and mutton!
